Born in Southampton Hospital and raised on the North Fork, Brendan Byrne is a knowledgeable East End Broker who serves the Hamptons and North Fork real estate markets. As "The East End Broker," he covers it all, from Residential to Commercial real estate in both markets, serving clients who seek permanent homes, vacations getaways, places of business and vacant land.  As the leading private money lender on Long Island, Brendan has been a resource for the construction industry.

Brendan is a lifelong entrepreneur who has always had the passion for doing business and getting deals done. Many of his professional relationships have been developed through his employment in the golf industry that included Atlantic Golf Club in Bridgehampton, Baiting Hollow Club ( formerly Fox Hill), Shinnecock Golf Club, and Meadowbrook Golf Club. Subsequently, Brendan spent 16 years on Wall Street, first as a retail stockbroker then graduating to owning a portfolio management and NYSE volume-leading trading firm. Brendan's personal and private ventures have employed over 1500 people over a 10-year period, with at one time human resources as high as 160. His many accomplishments include business developments that led to his stake in a $280MM sale of a professional trading and software firm to E*Trade. 

As for real estate, Brendan's investments began with his first home while in college. That was the catalyst to multiple international real estate projects and vacation properties in Florida. Since the birth of his first child, a junior, he and his wife chose to move back to his roots, The East End.  Their family has since grown with the welcome of their second son, August Harbor.

Brendan holds an AAAS in Criminal Justice from Suffolk Community College and a BS in Business Marketing from SUNY Old Westbury.  However, he is a firm believer that success begets success.  He claims that he would rather be lucky than smart, but the harder he works, the luckier he gets.  He looks forward to applying his creative resources and tech savvy to serving your real estate needs.
